Shipping of Ceramic Orders
Ceramic orders are normally processed within 48 hours and
shipped from our Florida warehouse.
We maintain quite large inventory at our warehouse, but being
our products manufactured in Italy and by several small
artisan shops, is practically impossible to maintain a full stock
for all items at all times…
Some items may ship in 2 - 4 weeks. Should any product be
temporarily out of stock we will contact promptly to arrange
later delivery. Larger orders may be shipped in more than one
time, unless otherwise instructed.
Stock availability for each product can be verified by
contacting us. See our Customer Service page, we will be able
to tell you if the item(s) you are interested in is in stock and
advise delivery date.
Standard (ground) delivery time, within the USA, is 5 to 10
business days. Express delivery charges are applicable to air
shipment for orders destined to AK, HI and P.Rico. See also
our Shipping page.
All ceramic orders will ship separately from other non-food and
food items that you may order from our website.
Please note: all items are shipped without Signature Service
unless special arrangements have been made. Emporio
Italiano USA cannot be responsible for the security of
packages once they are delivered. All ceramic shipments have
a tracking number for easy tracking with USP.com, and
shipping charges include insurance.
We are truly proud of our professional and secure DOUBLE
packaging! After our thorough product inspection, each item is
placed in a clear plastic bag. Then is wrapped in "Bubble-
Pack" and individually boxed. Larger items are further
protected with expandable "Foam-In-Place" by Instapack™.
The "individual" cartons are then placed inside another box for
"double-protection" as most delivery carriers require.
The packing material are clean and suitable for gift wrapping.
